The Pegasus Professor, who specializes in simulation and modeling, is UCF’s 17th NAI fellow — the highest professional distinction accorded solely to academic inventors.

Congratulations to the UCF Collegiate Cybersecurity Competition Team (C3) Team and coach, Dr. Tom Nedorost, for winning the 2021 Department of Energy CyberForce Competition. UCF’s team finished 1st out of 120 teams.

Congratulations to UCF C3 Team members Cameron Whitehead (MS-DF), Caitlin Whitehead (MS-DF), Jeffrey DiVincent (JR-CS), and Matthew McKeever (SO-CS) and their coach, Dr. Tom Nedorost, for winning the 2021 Raymond James Invitational CTF on Saturday, October 2nd.

Two UCF student teams finished 1st and 4th place in the 2021 Aviation ISAC Collegiate CTF Competition on Monday, September 27th. The students are all members of the UCF Collegiate Cybersecurity Competition (C3) Team and members of Hack@UCF.
