BIOGRAPHY

Wei Zhang is an associate professor of computer science at the University of Central Florida, where he also serves as graduate program coordinator. His research interests include computational biology, bioinformatics and machine learning, with a focus on cancer transcriptome analysis, biomarker discovery and drug sensitivity prediction. He has held previous academic and industry research positions and has been recognized for his contributions to computational biology.
