Johnathan Mell

BIOGRAPHY

Johnathan Mell is an assistant professor of computer science at the University of Central Florida. His research focuses on artificial intelligence, human-computer interaction, socially-aware agents, virtual agents, business strategy, negotiation, games and edutainment, and behavioral game theory.

He has held roles in both academia and industry, including positions as a professional intern at Disney Parks & Resorts, vice president of software engineering and customer analytics at Custom Technologies LLC, and operations and marketing strategist at Q-Net Security. Mell actively participates in professional activities, serving on organizing committees and program committees for various conferences, and reviewing for several academic journals.
