The final exam is scheduled for 10 am to 12 pm on Wednesday, April 25, in Rm. 118 of HEC (i.e., the class meeting room). The exam will cover all materials discussed in the semester (i.e., a comprehensive exam), with 50% of the points from Chapter 6 (Sections 6.1 to 6.4), Chapter 7 (Sections 7.1 to 7.3), and Chapter 5 (Sections 5.1 to 5.4), and the other 50% divided approximaltey evenly between the topics covered in Test 1 and Test 2. Bring a calculator to the exam. The exam is open to the textbook and open to formula sheets (but nothing else). A sample exam will be provided prior to the exam date for practice purpose. Formula sheets for definitions, theorems, and formulas of Chapters 5, 6, and 7 are posted for your reference.

Test #2 is scheduled for Wednesday, April 11, during class. The test will cover materials from Chapters 3 and 4 of the text. Test questions will be similar to those covered in lectures and in homework assignments. A formula sheet consisting of definitions, theorems, and formulas, will be provided during test. You need to bring a calculator to the test.
