- After we presented our first presentation, we came to the conclusion that a much needed 
  restructuring is needed to finish the project in time.

- The new structure is as follows:

  Carlos & Paul: Database
  Joe & Sach: AI
  Salim & James: Calendar, Assembly, Deployment

- The final deliverables have also been assigned:

  Carlos: Test Results
  Salim: User's Manual and Build Instructions
  Paul: Project legacy
  Everybody: Individual Lessons Learned
  Source Code
  Final Presentation

- Also, in the new structure, individual teams work and meet separately from the collective.
