Table S4a.txt --- order preference

This file shows the order preference of 35693 motif pairs for 35182 motif modules. Here each row represents a motif pair. The 1-st column is the name of motif module and the next two columns are the motif pairs. Such as 2 M00119 M00799, means in the 2-nd motif module, there is a significant order as M00119 is on the left of M00799. The last column is the q value calculated by using binomial models and FDR control.


Table S4b.txt --- proportion of genes with significant orders

This file shows the proportion of genes with the above 35693 significant orders. Each row represents a significant order. The 1-st column is the name of motif module and the next two columns are the motif pairs with the order, these three columns are as the same as Table S4a.txt. The 4-th column is the number of genes that have this order and the 5-th column is the corresponding proportion.
