There are two files.

147_selected_motif_pairs.xlsx ---------------------- It's the 147 selected non-redundant motif pairs by LASSO. In this file, there are three columns, one is non-redundant motif(got based on the motifs pairs selected by LASSO) pairs , one is the supported information by BioGRID and the left one is to indicate which cell line a motif pair occurs.


72_motif_pairs_supported_information.xlsc ------------ It's the 72 motif pairs supported by known TFs. In the file, there are five columns.
