I received my PhD in Computer Science in Spring 2006 and am currently working as a Research Scientist at ObjectVideo Inc. I have received the Piero Zamperoni Best Student Paper Award at the International Conference on Pattern Recognition, Cambridge UK, 2004. I am also the UCF Outstanding Dissertation Award nominee, 2006-2007. I served as president of Chinese Students & Scholars Association of UCF in 2004-2005.
