Project templates are now available. We will keep the original deadline
(Feb 14th) for Deliverables I.
Here is the summary of what is expected from the project team
presentations:

The cover slide including the project title, members and the client.
-
The outline of the presentation which should include main files that you will
be discussing (Concepts of Operations, Project Management Plan, and so on).

You can start with the explanation of slides for each of the items on the
outline.

Every team member is required to present part of the deliverable.
-
The number slides are upto each team. Basically, go over each of the item in
the deliverables and make few power point slides for each.
-
Teams 1-4 will presenting on Monday and the rest of the teams on Wednesday.
-
Each team will have 20 minutes (15 minutes presentation and 5 minutes Q&A session).
-
A hard copy of the presentation slides should be handed in to the instructor at
the beginning of the class.
-
The soft copy of the deliverables must be posted in the project pages of each
team by the begining of the class next Monday.
-
Each team must also post their project presentation slides at the time of their
presentations.

There will be a review class for exam 1 on Monday, February 21, 2005, and exam 1
will be given on Wednesday, February 23rd, 2005.

The research paper reports are due on April 20th in class. No late reports will
be accepted.

The research paper presentations will start tomorrow and everyone is expected
to attend the presentations.

presentations:

where it is published and your name.

The outline of the presentation which should include your section and/or subsection
headers.

Each presenter will have 25 minutes (20 minutes presentation and 5 minutes Q&A session).

The presenters need to provide the hard copy of
the presentation slides (preferably handout format) and the paper(s) being
presented to the instructor at the beginning of the class.
