I am currently a Graduate Researcher pursuing a Masters Degree under the direction of Dr. Hassan Foroosh as part of the Computational Imaging Lab (CIL) at the University of Central Florida. My research interests include: Computer Vision, Pattern Recognition, Machine Learning, Optimization, Graphics, and Image Processing.
My present research, in collaboration with Dr. Marshall Tappen (UCF Vision Lab), involves the application of Machine Learning techniques to Image Synthesis. Specifically, we are looking at how to learn illumination models from classes of images. Additionally, I am working with Ozan Cakmakci and Dr. Jannick Rolland (CREOL) on the optimization of alternative surface representations for optical systems. In my free time, I work as a freelance musician. I have a Bachelor of Music from the University of North Florida where I studied with Barry Greene. Prior to UNF I attended The Berklee School of Music. I have performed with lots of people, but most recently I was on Good Morning America with Jordan Knight and Debbie Gibson. Additionally, I have my own group with my brother Devin Moore and Jeff Lataille called bloom. We are still working on our second album with Fighting Records.
