I'm currently a member of the Data System Group of School of Computer
Science at University of Central Florida.

My research interests include computer network security and wireless communications, multimedia techniques and data mining. Under the advisory of Professor Kien A. Hua, I've published a total of thirteen refereed papers in the aforementioned areas.

I'm active in system design and implementation. In the Intelligent System Analyzer project sponsored by Oracle, I proposed the Algebraic analysis of Data Mining Results (ADMiRe) technique. In the project sponsored by Imagesoft (a subsidiary of Fiserv Inc), I
played the role of project leader, designed and implemented the Distributed Archive, the
Persistent Communication Protocol and the Multidimensional Data Cube based on IBM DB2. All these are the key components of the Distributed BankingSystem employed by banks such as Union Bank, California.

I received the IEEE Orlando Section Outstanding Graduate Student of the Year Award in 2003.
