COT 3100: Introduction to Discrete Structures Archive
In the early days of me teaching this class, basic information
about strings was included. Over the past 6 years or so, that has been
removed and in its place material concerning counting and probability has
been added. Over the last 3 or 4 years, I have attempted to incorporate
writing computer programs into the class, so students can see how this
course relates to the rest of the CS curriculum. I'd like to see a greater
move in that direction in the future.
