My 2019 Mercer Solutions/Data

There are the test files used for the contest. I didn't even change their names this time. During the contest some changes were made to the data (or annoucements were made about the specification) to make sure there was consistency between the written descriptions the students got and what was in the input files. These files should have those changes in them.
