My 2017 Mercer Solutions/Data

Mercer hasn't the data for this contest, but one of our coaches had a copy of what were likely the test files used in the contest. I have uploaded these here so students have some test files. I have solved everything but problem 10. These solutions are mine and not the official ones from the contest. The data files that end in .txt are the ones used in the contest. For two problems, I decided to make more comprehensive data for UCF students working on the problems after contest. These are problems 2 and 9. The data for these problems are in .in and .out files.
