In these templates, the course outcomes for each have been filled out for them to ensure that it is done correctly. This also ensures that instructors are comparing the same data from one cycle to the next. All that the instructors need to do is to fill in the results and reflective statements.
Note that there is a separate reflective statements section for each course outcome. This was added because Lisa objects when instructors discuss a specific course outcome in the reflective statements when those reflective statements are being used for another course outcome (something that happens if we use a single set of reflective statements for all course outcomes).
