Government rules concerning your financial aid require you to do

There is
no late submission available for Assignment Zero.

If you are using Windows, you need to
install Codeblocks, (DO THIS AFTER August 31) follow the directions in
here. All students must have access to a compiler from the first day; it is ok to use an online compiler; you can google "free online c compiler", and then select the link at Tutorialspoint.
