Update 3: Sep 1: Assignment One for Section 2 has an added requirement that for part C, when the card balance is zero, the program should print "You will have no balance on your card" (instead of saying "You will have $0 left on your card".)
Assignment One due date is Tuesday, Sept 15 at 11:58pm. Distribution: Part A (25%), Part B (30%), and Part C (45%).
